This custom-built oceanfront retreat features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Located directly beside our popular Wave View Point (B10), Sea Mist Point offers the same incredible beach access and sweeping ocean views guests love.

What truly sets this home apart is its thoughtful design. Built for a full-time resident couple, this property includes high-end custom features rarely found in vacation rentals, delivering a more refined and comfortable stay from top to bottom.

Parking passes are required for all vehicles. The cost is $10 per night, per vehicle. If purchased within 10 days of arrival, the cost is $12 per night, per vehicle.

Strictly four vehicle passes are allowed. Parking is limited to a maximum of four cars. Only vehicles listed on the approved guest list are permitted.

NO PETS ALLOWED. Any evidence of a pet will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and must be present for the entire stay. Parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

All Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules and policies apply.

Linens are provided and include all bed linens, 24 bath towels, 24 washcloths, hand towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels.

The property includes both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker, as well as a gas grill. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged if the grill is not left clean for the next guest.

Please remember to bring beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, all personal items, and all paper goods needed for your stay.

Motorcycles are not permitted to be ridden through Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
